Diversified/Manual

This technique allows me to find and correct the subluxation. It allows me to restore proper movement into the spine. Sometimes with this technique you will hear a crack type noise, which is just gas being released from the joint.

Flexion-Distraction Therapy

Flexion-Distraction Therapy techniques allows me to provide a safe, gentle, low-force adjustment while stretching the muscles, increasing spinal motion, and relieve pressure off of the spinal nerves simultaneously

Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Therapy

This technique using a specialized motor table is used to relieve neck and back pain that radiates into the arms or legs. Both traction and decompression therapy are applied with the goals of relieving pain and promoting an optimal healing environment for bulging, degenerating, or herniated discs.

Activator Methods

This chiropractic adjusting tool allows me to maintain the effectiveness of your adjustment while reducing the amount of force applied. Individuals that may especially benefit from this are: infants and young children, individuals in acute pain, sensitive individuals, the elderly, and those who don't like to be "cracked".

Myofascial Therapy

This therapy, also known as myofascial release therapy or myofascial trigger point therapy, is a type of safe, low load stretch that releases tightness and pain throughout the body caused by myofascial pain syndrome. Chronic muscle pain that is worse in certain areas is known as trigger points.

Laser Therapy

This therapy, also called Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), is a treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue and to help accelerate the healing process. It can be used on patients who suffer from a variety of acute and chronic conditions in order to help eliminate pain, swelling, reduce spasms and increase functionality. Cold laser therapy can stimulate all cell types including muscle, ligament, cartilage, nerves, etc., so a number of conditions can be treated by cold laser therapy. Some of conditions that may typically be treated by cold laser therapy include: Arthritis pain, Back pain, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Fibromyalgia pain, Knee pain, Neck pain, and Tendonitis.
